“All of my mouth was kissing him / Now into the air I am missing him / Is this excess texting a blessing / or just two music nerds obsessing?” So reflects Björk in the opening verse of the latest single lifted from her forthcoming album Utopia, due to arrive in stores November 24th. A shimmering, sweet ballad that contains sonic echoes and flourishes reminiscent of 2001’s Vespertine, “Blissing Me” doubles as her love letter to music addiction, something the Albumism staff has intimate knowledge of. Enjoy the Tim Walker & Emma Dalzell directed video below and be sure to reserve your copy of Utopia now.
